1 . Banana Sugar Scrub

Mash a fully ripe banana and mix with 3 tablespoons of sugar and 1/2 tablespoon of your Lavender essential oil or any essential oil of your choice. To prepare this scrub at home you need 1 cup olive oil, 1 cup sea salt, 1 tablespoon lemon zest and 2-3 drops grapefruit essential oil (optional). Mix all ingredients and pour into a lidded jar or glass container. Wet or damp your skin in the shower. Apply the mix to wet skin with hands, washcloth, loofah, sponge or bath glove and gently rub the scrub all over your body in gentle, circular motions. Rinse off your body and pat dry your skin.

To prepare this scrub you are required 1/3 cup of ground almonds, 1 medium size fully ripe avocado (peeled and mashed) and 1/2 cup of ground oatmeal. Mix all the ingredients and apply to your damp skin. Rub for 2-3 minutes and rinse well. This will give you a soft, smooth and glowing skin.

8. Coffee Scrub

Coffee scrub not only helps in getting rid of dead skin cells but also helps reduce the appearance of cellulite. To prepare this scrub take 1/4 cup ground coffee 1/4 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil 2-3 vitamin E capsules. Mix sugar with ground coffee, olive oil, and the extracted oil from the slit Vitamin E capsule. Mix all the ingredients and use use this mixture to scrub your entire body.
